INFORMATION
Better Together Animal Alliance Thrift Store offers the community quality, resale clothing, housewares, electronics, furniture and more at very affordable prices. Every day you can find a new treasure or bargain and your purchase benefits animals in need. We annually hold sales events for Halloween, Winter, Ski and Boarding Equipment, Christmas along with craft, toy, book and houseware blowouts.
We gratefully accept your gently-used donations. Please think of the animals when downsizing, moving, post-yard sale, or just freshening up the home. However, it does take money away from the animals to dispose of unsaleable items. Please only donate clean goods in sale-able condition.

Donations: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., daily
Closed Days: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day
WHAT WE ACCEPT
When donating ask yourself, “Would I buy it?”
BTAA does not have the ability to repair, clean or iron items donated to us.
We are unable to take large appliances (stoves, washer/dryers etc.), box TVs, mattresses, pianos or organs. If you wish to make a large donation, such as an estate, please call in advance to ensure we have the necessary staff on hand to assist.

with no stains, holes, broken zippers, missing buttons, etc. To be specific, if you could still wear it…donate it. Please no used underwear and socks.
Please only donate pairs of shoes (singles will be thrown away), no holes in the soles or missing the inside lining. If they are extremely worn, dirty or scuffed, we will need throw them away.
(Anything with a cord or batteries)- We can only resell if it still works. We cannot accept box T.Vs
Please donate them if all the pieces are still with the set.
We cannot sell cracked, chipped, dented or broken items.
We cannot accept major appliances, air conditioners, furnaces, trash compactors, water heaters, large console stereos, car parts, tires, pesticides, paint, and paint thinner, cleaning products or any other liquid chemical to include gasoline, oil and antifreeze.
We cannot sell open liquid items such as glue, household cleaners, bug spray chemicals, lotions, gels, etc.
We accept gently used furniture. Must be in good condition without need for repair or additional cleaning. There are many items we do not accept (such as mattresses/box springs, car seats, cribs, and tube TVs). Please call if you have questions about what furniture we will and will not accept.
Furniture Delivery and Pick-up
The BTAA Thrift store offers furniture and large-scale donation pick-up and delivery.
Cost
- Within 10 miles: $25
- Beyond 10 miles: $40 (plus $0.65/additional mile)
